Bush has many fans around the world. As president of USA he did a lot of mess in foreign policies, causing wars, world economic crise, dead men walking.
To be coherent with his personal history, that clever iraqui journalist that throw him a shoe did a mistake. Ha had to trow a Nike shoe.
