Jumping over Berlin Wall... for decades was a dream, since 1989 many things changed and eastern germans are still waiting for thos employment oppertunities that Mr.Kohl promised. German federal government collect a 5% on incomes to finance rebuilding of eastern landers. It's a big delay, almost like finishing Salerno-Reggio Calabria motorway in Italy.
